URGENT: Source Discloses Main Points of Iran-Six Powers Agreement

"In case the opposite side shows political will and the final agreement is signed, the text of the agreement will include the following points," the source said.
"According to the Joint Comprhensive Plan of Action, all sanctions against Iran are terminated and Iran will no more be recognized as a sanctioned nation," the source said, and added, "The JCPA only envisages a set of temporary restrictions that will be removed after a limited and logical period of time, as stated earlier by the Iranian Supreme Leader."
"All economic, financial and banking sanctions against Iran will be terminated for good on day one after the endorsement of the deal, again as the Iranian Supreme Leader has demanded."
"Iran will no more be under any arms embargo, and according to a UN Security Council resolution that will be issued on the day when the deal is signed by the seven states, all arms embargos against Iran will be terminated, while its annex keeps some temporary restrictions on Iran for a limited period," the source disclosed.
He said the JCPA is, in fact, a collection of multiple agreements that all fall within the redlines specified by the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, and includes a set of temporary and limited measures that will remain valid for different periods of time.
“The upcoming UN Security Council resolution – that will call all the previous five resolutions against Iran null and void - will be the last resolution to be issued on Iran’s nuclear program and withdraws Iran’s nuclear dossier from under Chapter 7 of the UN Charter. This last resolution will remain valid and will be implemented for a specifically limited period of time and will then automatically end at the end of this period,” the source added.
“This is the first time that a nation subject to Chapter 7 of the UN Charter has managed to end its case and stop being subject to this chapter through active diplomacy,” he concluded.

NY Times: Hotel venue of Iranian nuclear talks hosted Hitler in 1938

It’s too creepy and obvious. It portends the very worst. The historical parallels are blood-chilling.

It’s to laugh, it’s to cry. (Bugs Bunny)

The Imperial Hotel of Vienna, the venue of the current nuclear negotiations between the six world powers and Iran, was discovered by the New York Times to have hosted Adolf Hitler in 1938, when he arrived in the city after the Nazi annexation of Austria. This piece of history, the negotiators have chosen to ignore.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif (L) talks to journalists from the balcony of Imperial Hotel in Vienna.

NY Times, Dateline VIENNA, July 11, 2015:— Absent real pronouncements 11 days after the hard-and-fast deadline for a nuclear deal with Iran, people have begun looking to the balconies to determine if a deal is imminent. Well, one balcony: Mohammad Javad Zarif’s, Iran’s foreign minister, who on Saturday spent a lot of time in the sun.

As the diplomacy churned on, Mr. Zarif was reading through what appeared to be a draft agreement — 20 pages, with 80 pages or so of annexes — and allowed himself to smile broadly.

“I think we’ll stay in Vienna until the end of Sunday; we’re negotiating hard,” Mr. Zarif was quoted as saying by an Iranian reporter in response to a shouted question. Missing were the pointed accusations of a few days back that the United States was reneging on past pledges, or opening new issues.

He intersperses the negotiations with physical therapy, and some afternoons he takes a break so that his motorcade can return him to the Imperial Hotel — a Vienna landmark that has hosted many presidents and secretaries of state. Though the hotel does not advertise it, Hitler stayed there in 1938, returning to the city where he had been a day laborer.-
